I like to include drop-sets in my workouts, going until complete failure.
Keeping my reps slow and controlled.
Rep ranges 8-16
-Incline Smith Machine bench press x4
-Flat Smith Machine bench press x4 +
drop-set on the 4th set
-Kneeling Cable fly's (3 drop-sets)
Super-set with Push-ups
-Flat bench dumbbell fly's x4
-Peck Deck 3sets till failure
