​​PRO's what do they use, and how much do they lift?

We have already spoken about famous bodybuilders before, and our today's special guest is Ronnie Coleman, aka The King.

Apparently, he knew what he was doing because it takes some knowledge and effort to get eight Mr.Olympia titles.

Ronnie Coleman was blunt and straightforward about his roids use. The King revealed one of his pre-contest cycles.

-Testosterone Cypionate (250 mg/mL)
750mg/week (250mg/3 times a week)
-Primobolan (100 mg/mL)
300mg/week (100mg/3 times a week)
-Deca – 200-400mg/week
-Testosterone Heptylate (250 mg/mL)
500mg/week (250mg/2 times a week)
-Dbol and Anadrol (oral)
25-100mg/day (one of those orals was included in the cycle)
-HGH – 4 IU/day

As you can see, he used a lot of gear. But gear itself is just 15-20% of the whole picture,training,diet and recovery is the rest.

One of his favorite sayings is: "Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy-ass weights."
Some documented Ronnie's results clearly show that the guy was not slacking.

2,325 lbs (1,065.9 kg) x 10 reps (in 2003)

75 lbs x 15 reps/arm
Seated military press
315 lbs x 11 reps
